Instructor: Marie Miclat
Marie Miclat is new to the fitness industry, but it has quickly become a passion for her. She has been able to meet wonderful people and defined for herself fitness friends who've truly become like family. She encourages people to prioritize their health and wellness and exercise, attend classes they love, and do any outdoor/indoor sports. Marie comes from humble beginnings, and has helped her followers lose weight, improve their health and overall well being; some got their blood pressure meds discontinued because they are getting healthier every day!
Marie has formal education in nursing from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Phillippines. Stateside, Marie has attained fitness certification in Macumba and Hot Hula Fitness and has overcome many challenges of her own regarding her body. She has lost a total of over 60 lbs. and continues to shape her figure while helping others do so as well. Throughout all of her fitness experiences, she has created her own format in Intense Cardio Training.
Her fusion fitness class combines cardio training, choreographed dance, and light strength to get your blood pumping. It involves some isolation work, squats, jumps, and kicks. The class itself has two levels. Level 1 is for beginners or for those that need modification, while level 2 are for more experienced veterans or those that need a bit more challenge. With this format, there is a level for all levels to join in the fun!
